What's Tegrity?
Tegrity is recording software that can capture audio, video and computer screen activity, then wrap it up in a single "Tegrity session" which is automatically uploaded and linked to your Blackboard course for your students to watch.

Joy D'Angelo and others use Tegrity to record student presentations and speeches, which are then automatically available in their Blackboard course.
The TeLS Dept. can provide training on demand for you or a group of your colleagues.

If you have a microphone and/or video camera connected to your computer, You can install Tegrity on any computer RIGHT NOW. Install it by logging in to your Blackboard course, clicking on the Tegrity Classes button in the left-hand navigation bar, then clicking on the "Record a Class" button in the top of the window that pops open. In Windows, the software should install on your computer and open up the recorder right then and there. On Macintosh you will follow the download instructions. To record your face-to-face classes, talk your Dean to get scheduled in one of the Tegrity enabled classrooms (see FAQ for list of rooms). There are currently 10 Tegrity-enabled classrooms in Prescott, 3 in Verde Valley and 1 in Prescott Valley.
