YCF Announces a new scholarship opportunity for students seeking to enter or advance their career in the construction trades industry!
Yavapai County Contractors Association (YCCA) has set up an annual scholarship of $500 for two full or part-time students who are earning a certificate or degree in Residential Building Technology.

Criteria for scholarship awards vary and are determined by the donor at the time of fund establishment. They include, but are not limited to, academic performance, financial need, program of study, extracurricular activities, and ethnic and/or social background.

Besides serving the needs of aspiring young artists, YC's terrific art department provides the greater community with on-going educational opportunities including adults who take courses for personal enrichment.
FRIENDS provides annual scholarships to students seeking a degree in Visual Arts. In addition, we fund the acquisition of special equipment, cases to display student work, and other items that enhance the program but are beyond the department’s reach.

Recipient is to be currently enrolled in an advanced program of study at any Yavapai College location, after first obtaining and YC certificate or completing at least 1 year of study at YC in an appropriate program/field of study.
3.5 GPA in previous year(s) of study in a related YC program. Although all YC Certificate holders will be considered, premedical, nursing, emergency services & business management will be favored.
Available to any qualified student enrolled on the Clarkdale Campus with at least a B average in their last semester of school attendance showing a financial need for assistance.

Recipient must maintain a grade point average of at least 3.0 and preferable 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipient must be enrolled in sophomore year and express an intent to become a teacher.
Available to full-time student who qualifies for Arizona resident status and is a participant in the Yavapai College Women’s Athletic Program.
Available to any qualified manufacturing/engineering student.
Available to any qualified student who is a veteran.
Available to full-time sophomore student residing in Yavapai County and enrolled in preparatory courses leading to educational or vocational degree. First preference should be given to a student with a partial or total hearing impairment, with a second preference to a physically handicapped student.
