Start of Cycle: clarify performance expectations and set goals, as related to job description and relevant to the College’s Strategic Initiatives, Strategic Priorities, and applicable departmental plans.

Follow these steps to save and complete the Faculty Performance Review Form (due Sept 15)

  • Right click on the link
  • Save the Link/Target to "My Documents" or Desktop on your computer.
  • Complete and sign by September 15.

End of Cycle: measure performance and discuss feedback at year end. Performance Tracker Form updated end of cycle, overall rating designated, discussed and signed, by April 30 and returned to Human Resources by May 30.
