The primary objective of YC Training & Development is to enhance knowledge and build skills required to meet the College’s current and future needs.
While the majority of training and development occurs as part of day-to-day job experiences and supervisor mentoring and coaching, more formal activity is also a key component. This includes external conferences and professional memberships, classroom education (including YC Tuition Waiver), as well as internal training opportunities.

Friday Dates (2014-2015)
Register for Friday Training sessions
http://training.yc.edu/, use your regular YC username and password log-in. Once you sign up for a session, an email will be sent to your college email address. You can manually add the date/time of session to your Outlook calendar so you don’t forget!
Withdraw from a session at least three business days prior to the class. Having an accurate estimate of the number of people attending a class allows us to prepare more effectively. Your withdrawal may allow someone on the waiting list to attend. If a last minute no-show can’t be avoided, please send an email notification to the presenter and your direct supervisor.
