Classroom Testing (Make-up & Online/Hybrid)
If you are a current student and your instructor requires you to take a test outside of the classroom please refer to the procedures below and your appropriate campus contact.
Procedures to follow for faculty
Prescott Campus is a walk-in service. Send students to Classroom Testing, Bldg 1-224. Do not send students to the Prescott Testing Center as this is a different location with different hours of operation. Students must arrive with enough time to finish test before closing time.
All other campus sites: Instruct students to call for an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the deadline for taking the test.
Procedures to follow for students
- Know instructor's name
- Know class name and number
- Be on time if you have an appointment
- Prescott Campus testers: if you do not have an appointment, seats are limited, plan ahead and take the test before final day
- Bring photo ID
- Turn off cell phones
- Leave backpacks in designated area
For a disability accommodated test, the instructor will be notified by the Disability Resources office that the student is eligible for specific accommodations. If student self-reports, please contact Petra Bennett, (928) 776-2057, Disability Resource Liaison.
