Classroom Testing (Make-up & Online/Hybrid)

If you are a current student and your instructor requires you to take a test outside of the classroom please refer to the procedures below and your appropriate campus contact.

Procedures to follow for faculty

  • Complete the Proctor Request form
  • Bring or send tests and completed form to the proctoring location
  • Tell students the days test will be available
  • Tell students about any special test rules, aids permitted, time limits, etc.
  • Advise students of the procedures for the specific location where they will test.

Prescott Campus is a walk-in service. Send students to the Testing Center, Bldg 1-217.  Students must arrive with enough time to finish test before closing time.

All other campus sites: Instruct students to call for an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the deadline for taking the test.

Procedures to follow for students

  • Know instructor's name
  • Know class name and number
  • Be on time if you have an appointment
  • Prescott Campus testers: seats are limited, plan ahead and take the test before the final day
  • Bring photo ID
  • Turn off cell phones
  • Leave backpacks in designated area

For a disability accommodated test, the instructor will be notified by the Disability Resources office that the student is eligible for specific accommodations. If student self-reports, please contact Petra Bennett, (928) 776-2057, Disability Resource Liaison.
