Real Estate

Real Estate classes offer students an introduction to real estate principles and the real estate industry.  
 
The Principles of Real Estate Course is approved as an Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) 90-hour-pre-licensing course for those who want to take the Real Estate License Exam. The student will have the knowledge to not only pass the ADRE exam, but also the understanding of the industry they have chosen for their profession so they can proceed with confidence once licensed.  
 
All YC Real Estate Courses are approved through the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) and qualify for CE Credits for existing Real Estate Agents. The YC Real Estate Instructors are also approved instructors with ADRE.
