The Police Function class is an interactive 3 credit course on the history and development, procedures and methods of operations of law enforcement agencies. The course also covers the role of the individual law enforcement officer, career opportunities and the hiring process. Materials feature new text by Dr. Frank Schmellenger, the most prolific criminal justice author in the field.
