ART Has POWER

Start off the fall semester with a free night of raucous bands, poetry slams and visual art & ceramics on the Verde Valley Campus during ART Has POWER Friday night, August 28 from 6 to 10:30 pm.  
 
Get ready for a rapid fire delivery of music and slams interspersed with quick fixes of coffee house munchies and visits to the Verde Art Gallery’s inaugural show of the semester “Convergence” just upstairs from the event.  
 
The winning band gets a $400 cash prize from Yavapai Broadcasting along with a trophy – The winning poet receives a trophy and cheers from adoring fans.  
 
Get ART Has POWER on your calendar today and get ready for a free evening where nothing but ART matters.
