Deferred Payment Deadline Extended to July 27

EXTENDED DEFERRED PAYMENT DATE!!  
Deferred payment for Fall 2009 has been extended through 7/27/09.  
 
Students who have not paid in full, set up an online payment plan, or have an authorized/memoed Financial Aid Award (authorized/memoed Financial Aid Awards are reflected on student account) that fully covers their balance, will be dropped from their classes on 7/28/09.  
 
Your bill is now available for viewing through the myYC portal at my.yc.edu. Log into the portal and click on the "My Bills and Payments" link in the "My Services" channel, then click on the "ebills" tab.  
 
Once in "My Bills and Payments", you can view your account, pay your bill, set up a payment plan and assign authorized users.  
 
Payment is accepted in the following ways:  
 
1. ONLINE:  
• Electronic Check or Credit Card.  
• An automated payment plan is available for a $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee with 25% down (both due at time of enrollment) along with 4 equal automated monthly installments beginning Aug. 5 – Nov. 5.

2. IN PERSON:  
• Prescott Campus – Bld. 1, Cashier  
• Clarkdale Campus – Bld. I, Cashier  
Cash, checks *or credit card* (must have card present) will be accepted  
 
*Online payment encouraged  
 
3. BY MAIL: Payments MUST be received on or before July 27th
