Michael Pierce will provide a exclusive tour of the Yavapai College's full-production teaching winery on a 20-acre vineyard planted in the foothills of Mingus Mountain, the Southwest Wine Center.

He will provide an overview of Viticulture and Enology Programs during your wine making, and tasting experience.

The Viticulture and Enology 2-year degree program prepares students for a variety of careers in vineyards (vineyard workers, crew leaders, managers, viticulturists) to wineries (winemakers, cellar workers, lab technicians).
