June 1, 2023 | Zoom Event with In-Person Breakfast, Lunch and Viewing Sessions on the Prescott and Verde Valley Campuses

About the Day

The YCSA Professional Development Day is an exceptional day for staff from all areas in the college to come together and engage in opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Small session sizes with diverse topic offerings and multiple opportunities to interact with colleagues throughout the day make this one of the best resources to unite as a learning community.

Staff will be able to choose from sessions that showcase research and innovation in higher education practices, participate in interactive skill development workshops, discuss promising practices in personal growth, and engage with leading thinkers in higher education throughout the day.

The YCSA Professional Development Day is designed to:

  • Provide professional development opportunities for seasoned employees and newcomers to YC;
  • Connect with colleagues across the institution; and,
  • Lead and advocate for promising practices in higher education.
