Prioritized Requests for New Resources sent to Executive Leadership Team. |
February - March |
President’s Staff Presents Budget Priorities to Campus. Solicit Feedback. The draft college budget will be presented to the college community who may provide comments and feedback prior to the draft budget being presented to the District Governing Board in April. |
March | Final list of Budget Requests are determined for funding |
April | Preliminary Budget submitted to District Governing Board |
