To enhance the Quality of Life in Yavapai County by providing regional support for a prosperous economic environment through job creation, business and workforce development, technological innovation, and regional collaboration.

    • Analyze the impact of policy decisions on local and regional economies and public resources. 
    • Examining the impact an activity has on wages, jobs creation, and regional sales or output provides a solid foundation from which decisions can be made which best serve community goals and build wealth across the region.

Business Creations, Expansion & Recruitment

Entrepreneurial Education and Resources are provided by the REDC through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). 

  • Increase buisness startups and enhance a regional entrepreneur ecosystem.
  • Promote business expansions and retention through strategic growth resources and planning.
  • Support regional business/industry recruitment efforts.

Yavapai County Economic Resource Alliance

To provide Yavapai County businesses and displaced employees with the best information, partners across the County have joined together to create this website to streamline the information flow as our community tries to navigate the ever-changing resources available to those impacted by the pandemic. 



Non-credited Professional Development

  • More than 14 days before course start = Full refund of tuition
  • 8-13 days before course start = 50% refund
  • 7 days or less = No refund
  • No refunds will be given after course start date. 

*All refunds of credit card payments will be issued to the same credit card as the original payment. If your card has expired, account closed, etc. you MUST notify us at the time of cancellation and you will be refunded by check. Check and cash payments will be refunded by check. No cash refunds will be given.

Please allow up to 30 days for processing of all credit card and check refunds.

**Registration in any Yavapai College Community Education class indicates understanding of this policy and agreement by the registrant to adhere to this policy and all other Yavapai College policies.
