  • Request official transcripts.
  • Applying prior college or university credit to your Yavapai College degree goal is a two-part process.
  • A. Transcripts must be sent directly to:

  • B. Once transcripts have arrived, request that they be evaluated by calling 928.776.2149 or email the request to: Transcriptrequest@yc.edu.

  • Go to www.yc.edu and log onto your myYC portal.
  • Type in your username and password.
  • Go to “My Services”, “Student Information”, then click on “Search and Register for classes.”
