The Friends of the Southwest Wine Center (FoSWC) is a volunteer group devoted to increasing both recognition and annual unrestricted funds for the programs of the Southwest Wine Center in Clarkdale, AZ.

Wine and Dine in the Vines
Wine and Dine is an annual fundraising event hosted by the Yavapai College Foundation and the Friends of the Southwest Wine Center in support of the Viticulture and Enology (VEN) Program at Yavapai College’s Verde Valley Campus.
Proceeds from the event help fund:
- Endowed scholarships for VEN students
- Student activities and experiential learning
- Priority needs of the VEN Program
Each year, guests enjoy an evening of fine food and wine featuring local wineries and restaurants, many of which include Southwest Wine Center alumni. Funds are raised through a combination of sponsorships, ticket sales, auctions, and other engaging activities.
In 2024, the 10th annual Wine and Dine in the Vines raised over $50,000 to support the continued growth and success of the VEN Program.
