Yavapai County residents are invited to attend an in-person Open House at Yavapai College’s Sedona Center (4215 Arts Village Dr.) on Wed., Sep. 28 from 9 to 11 a.m.

Tour the Sedona Center and view the Culinary Arts facilities, meet the outstanding faculty members, and learn about the programs that YC has to offer. Learn about the admission process to take credit courses and easily sign up for enrichment classes for students of all ages.

Patronize the YC Patisserie, open from 8 to 11 a.m., featuring pastries and coffee. Get to know the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) Ambassadors and leaders as you discover learning for the fun of it. Enjoy pastries prepared by YC Culinary Arts students and faculty.

The Yavapai College Sedona Center was built in 1999 and enhanced in 2017. It is an inspiring location, the perfect environment to achieve your educational goals. Home to a variety of classrooms and community spaces, the Sedona Center houses the Sedona Culinary Arts Program, where students learn in our two state-of-the-industry teaching kitchens.

OLLI at Yavapai College in Sedona-Verde Valley offers academic, not-for-credit programming designed for adults 50 years and beyond. In addition to OLLI, lifelong learners of all ages may participate in an assortment of Community Education programs including foreign language, art, and photography.

Join us on September 28th to learn more about Yavapai College. No pre-registration is necessary. Attendees may enter to win a Chromebook, sponsored by the Yavapai College Foundation.
