Registration is now online in 4 easy steps. Your card allows you to check out materials from any Yavapai Library Network library that is currently open to the public.

Can't use the form? Register in-person.
Limited-use account to place holds
When you register, we will create a limited-use library account. You can begin placing holds on library materials.
We will email you a library card number and PIN.
Forms of ID
Show us your ID and proof of residency.
You must be a YC student, staff, faculty, or resident of Yavapai County.
If your ID does not show a Yavapai County address, also show us a piece of mail addressed to your current mailing address in Yavapai County (see the list below).
Other government-issued photo ID
A government-issued photo ID (driver license, state ID card, military ID, passport).
and
A piece of mail addressed to your current mailing address in Yavapai County:
- US mail postmarked withing the past 30 days
- current utility bill
- current rent receipt
- legal document

Validation methods
There are a few ways to show us your ID and proof of residency. On the registration form, you can choose one of these options.
Online validation
We email you a unique link to Validation.com. Use your computer's webcam or smartphone to take photos of your face and ID. Everything is encrypted while we review it, then permanently destroyed.
In person
Come to the library during open hours. Bring your ID and we will finish setting up your account.
FAQ
Can I still register in person at the library?
Yes. You can fill out the form in the library. Bring your form(s) of ID.
Can I get a physical library card?
Yes. We can mail it to you, or come to the campus library nearest you.
I am temporarily in Yavapai County. Can I get a temporary library card?
Yes. You are able to check out 2 items at a time and must re-verify your information after 3 months.
I am a non-student under 16. Can I get a library card?
Yes. Come to the campus library nearest you. Bring your parent or legal guardian and ID.
