Brewing Technology Yavapai College Style

We will be taking you from grain to glass and into the workforce.  We designed the program for those who want to brew beer.  Like those who are passionate about it, have done a little bit of it at home.  We're gonna take that to the next level: industry scale.  You're going to be working with big equiptment, all grain batches, running your own yeast, and taking a look at different styles.  There's a world of beers.

The Brewing Technology Certificate provides students with the knowledge and skills to enter into the brewing industry in entry-level positions. These courses include brewing equipment and maintenance, beer production, styles, and food safety principles.
