Serving a variety of delicious menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and anytime in-between!). Dine with friends in indoor or outdoor seating areas, or grab take-out on the run.

    7am - 7pm
  • Saturday - Sunday:
    10am - 2pm
    4:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Al Forno - Classic Italian options, from pizza to penne - fresh from the oven!
  • Wok my Way - Build your own stir fry, choosing your favorite base, veggies, protein & sauce.

  • Char - Breakfast tacos, bacon & eggs, burgers, and more! Come try what’s on the grill!
  • Deli - Offering everything from creative breakfast paninis to tasty Boar’s Head sandwiches.
  • Ruff’s World Tour - A sample of cuisines from around the world.

The HHS Culinary team is passionate about preparing an assortment of dining options every day, with a focus on fresh, healthy, locally sourced ingredients and a variety of flavors from around the world.

Meal Plans

  • 19 meals/week + $100 Rough Rider Dollars/semester
  • 15 meals/week + $75 Rough Rider Dollars/semester
  • Everyday All Access-All You Can Eat
    (7 Days/week) + $50 Rough Rider Dollars/semester
  • Weekday All Access-All You Can Eat
    (5 Days/week) + $50 Rough Rider Dollars/semester
  • 5 meals/week (commuter/employee)
  • 2 meals/week (commuter/employee)

Dining Dollars – Dollar amount used as cash; deducted from non-refundable pre-paid balance. Offered at discounted (10%) rate; does not expire until end of the fiscal year.

Meal Cards

Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to a Meal Card, which allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected.

How it works: A meal consists of one entrée, 2 sides, any fountain beverage, soup or salad and a dessert. You can purchase additional packaged items with either cash or your Rough Rider Dollars. Additional sides, beverages or desserts can be purchased with cash or your Rough Rider Dollars. All meal plans are limited to 4 meals per day. Your meal plan is intended for your usage only. Meal plans cannot be shared. Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced.

Catering Menu and Information

Dining Policies

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining. Stainless silverware should go in the bus tubs near each trash can.
  • Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
  • Meal plans operate on a weekly declining balance and do not roll over for unused meals.
  • Meals are counted Friday through Thursday
