Use approved YC assets in official communications
Consistent branding helps YC communicate clearly across print, digital, social, presentations, merchandise, email, video, and other official college communications.
Ruff mascot restriction
Only Athletics and Student Engagement may use mascot “Ruff” imagery in official YC documentation and communications.
Retire custom department marks
Do not create department-specific YC logos or custom Ruff versions. Place department names in titles, subtitles, body copy, or signatures instead.
Transitioning old branding materials
Existing printed materials with previous YC branding may continue to be used until current stock is depleted. Do not order new materials with outdated branding. For help transitioning materials, email Marketing and Communications.
