15 credits to completion
Why taking 15 credits can matter
College is a significant commitment. A 15-credit semester may not be appropriate for every student, but it can help students make steady progress toward graduation.
- Complete more degree requirements each semester
- Reduce the risk of adding extra semesters
- Reach graduation and career goals sooner
- Receive the maximum available full-time discount
Build momentum toward graduation
Completing 15 credits per semester, or approximately 30 credits per academic year, can reduce the time and total cost required to complete a degree.
Course load decisions should also account for work, family, academic preparation and other responsibilities. Students may consult an academic advisor when planning a manageable schedule.
