Start here if you are applying to YC or using your VA education benefits at Yavapai College for the first time.
Continuing students need to activate their education benefits each semester after registering for classes.
First-Time Students
Complete these steps in order so Veterans Education & Transition Services can begin working with you.
You need a YC Student ID number, also called a Y Number, before Veterans Services can process your paperwork.
Once you have your Y Number, submit the Start-Up Form to begin using your VA education benefits at Yavapai College.
Veterans Services will email you with your next steps within 1–2 business days after your documents are submitted.
