Finals Fest & Master Your Midterms

Finish your first eight-week classes strong and prepare for midterms with library and tutoring support, extended CLI hours, snacks, encouragement activities, and calming experiences.

Week 10 Featured Event

Academic Success Workshops

Academic Success Orientation — open to all new and returning YC students.

Connect with the Center for Learning & Innovation (CLI) to build the skills and confidence that support your success.

Week 10: October 26–30, 2026. Live orientation sessions take place October 26–29, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Orientation Sessions Will Help You:

  • Navigate Canvas with confidence.
  • Learn how to borrow equipment such as laptops and hotspots.
  • Access key campus resources that support your success.
  • Develop time management strategies.
  • Gain a basic understanding of how to use AI responsibly in your coursework.

Earn a micro credential by completing sessions, then showcase it on your resume.

Attend in person at the Prescott Campus or Verde Valley Campus, or join via Zoom.

Need flexibility? Complete Parts 1 & 2 in person, on Zoom, or asynchronously on Canvas. Mix and match to fit your schedule: attend one session live and finish the other in Canvas, do both live, or complete a self-paced orientation through Canvas.
