"How to" Zoom Instructions for OLLI Members

 

How do I register?

Online registrations can be completed at https://www.campusce.net/sedonaverdeolli/category/category.aspx


I'm having trouble navigating the registration portal

Please follow these guidelines for navigating through the registration portal

1. SIGN IN using your email address & password

  • "Reset my Password" link in blue sends you an email with a temporary password
  • "Find my Username" link in blue sends you an email with recovery instructions
  • If you are new to registering online for OLLI or Yavapai College classes, then create a new account.
2. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP (Annual or All-Inclusive One Term), then add a membership to your cart before selecting courses.  If you are not sure if you have a membership, see instructions for checking if membership is still active. 
  • Go to Home Screen by Selecting "Home" on top left side of the yellow menu bar.
  • Select "Membership Options"
  • Select the OLLI Membership that best fits your needs.
  • Press "Add to Cart" to add the membership level to your order.
3. SELECT COURSES  
  • Go to Home Screen by Selecting "Home" on top left side of the yellow menu bar.
  • Select the how you want to see the courses (i.e., Alphabetically A-Z, by Subject, etc.)
  • "Select your course" takes you to the detailed description of that course
  • Press "Add to Cart" to add each course to your order. 
  • Repeat for as many courses as you would like to take. 
4. CHECK OUT and Enter Payment Information
  • Billing address on file must match the address that the credit card company has on file for you in order for your transaction to be approved.

I've logged in to the registration portal but I can't add courses! OR  How do I know if my membership is still active?

Your membership may be expired. You can check your membership by: 

  • Select the "My Account" button, at the top of the screen (after logging in).
  • Select "My membership" from the right side menu. 
  • If all your listed memberships are in red, then your membership has expired. 

 If your membership has expired,

  • Go to Home Screen by Selecting "Home" on top left side of the yellow menu bar.
  • Select "Membership Options."
  • Select the OLLI Membership that best fits your needs.
  • Press "Add to Cart" to add the membership level to your order.
  • Now you can follow the above instructions to add courses to your cart.

What do volunteers do with OLLI?

We value our volunteers and they support OLLI in many ways! Some volunteers work "as needed" in the office, while others participate at the volunteer-management level, guiding our OLLI Sedona-Verde Valley program. How would you like to OLLI? See our Get Involved page to find out more!


How do I submit a proposal to teach?
