What is the YC Level Up Challenge?
The YC Level Up Challenge is your ticket to leveling up your health and well-being over six epic weeks! 💪🌟 Through fun daily tasks and weekend “level-ups,” you’ll build positive habits in fitness, nutrition, and mental and social wellness. Get ready to feel inspired, empowered, and totally awesome!
Who can join the fun?
All YC students, staff, and faculty are welcome to the party! 🎉 Come as you are, and let’s Level Up together!
Are there rewards?
Oh, you bet there are! 🎁 Earn points through your progress reports, and you’ll be in the running for awesome prizes. The more you participate, the sweeter the rewards!

What will I do during the challenge?
You’ll crush daily tasks and tackle weekend level-ups that are all about making fitness, nutrition, and wellness simple and enjoyable. Every small action adds up to BIG wins for your health. Think of it as your personal wellness adventure! 🏋️♀️🍎🧠
When is this happening?
Mark your calendars! 🗓️ The challenge runs from March 31st to May 5th, right in the heart of spring. It’s the perfect time to bloom into the best version of yourself! 🌸
How do I sign up?!
Easy-peasy! 🍋 Head to the Level Up webpage and click that magical "Sign Up" button. We’ll add you to the squad and send all the deets for the Challenge Kick-Off Meeting.
How do I keep track of my progress?
Each week, take just 5 minutes to fill out a quick progress report. 📝 These little check-ins earn you points and help you reflect on your journey. The more consistent you are, the more points (and bragging rights) you’ll rack up! 🏆
What resources do I get?
You’ll be equipped with an amazing resource guide packed with tools, tips, and support to help you crush every step of the challenge. Plus, you’ll have access to personal Challenge Coaches who are here to cheer you on, answer questions, and give you that extra boost of motivation whenever you need it.
