YC OneCard is your official YC student ID card. Current YC students, faculty and staff can add their OneCard to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay, and use their smart phone and Apple Watch around campus. By simply placing your phone or Apple Watch near a reader where physical campus IDs are accepted, you can enter residence halls, CTEC buildings, buy lunch, print documents, and more based on your current permissions.  Flexicash and local discounts (jump to discounts) available with your YC ID. 

Getting Started with Mobile ID

Minimal set up is required to use Mobile ID. Most users can begin using their YC OneCard on their phone or Apple Watch in minutes.

Flexicash is a deposit you make in order to use your OneCard as a debit card. Funds can be deposited with the cashiers in Prescott (Bldg. 1), Verde Valley (Building I), as well as deposit funds to your Flexicash account online. You will need your Y-number when making a deposit.

  • On-Campus Point of Sale (Business Office)
  • Rider Diner (Prescott Campus)
  • The Café (Prescott Campus by Library)
  • WEPA printing stations
  • YC Bookstore

A 10% discount applies when you use Flexicash at the Rider Diner and Common Grounds Cafe. Your Flexicash balance will print on your receipt when you use it, or check your balance through the myYC Portal.

Your YC OneCard also qualifies you for discounts at places such as movie theaters, restaurants, and the YC Performance Hall. Please check with the YC Pool for discounts and current pool status.
