Dr. Janet Nix Chief Human Resources Officer Ed.D (928) 776-2344 janet.nix@yc.edu	Establish and implement HR programs and policies that effectively communicate and support the College vision, mission, values and strategy. Functions as a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team and college management regarding key organizational and management issues. Work with the Executive Leadership Team to establish a sound talent management plan including success planning, training and leadership development that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the College. Develop comprehensive recruiting and retention programs to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals. Recommend and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective. Provide overall leadership and supervision to the HR function. In partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, create an environment where faculty and staff can be their best selves in order to serve our students, community and each other.
