Arizona residents age 65 or older may qualify for a 50% tuition discount on eligible Yavapai College credit classes.

Students must meet all three requirements by the first day of the regular semester. Program and course exclusions may apply.
U.S. citizenship
The student must be a United States citizen.
Arizona residency
The student must qualify for in-state residency for tuition purposes.
Age requirement
The student must be age 65 or older by the first day of the regular semester.

Important exclusions
Classes and programs not covered
Review these limitations before registering or estimating your tuition.
Aviation programs and classes
Students enrolled in an Aviation program are not eligible for discounted tuition for any classes.
Students who are not enrolled in an Aviation program but take an Aviation or Unmanned Aircraft course are not eligible for the discount on those specific courses.
Non-credit learning
The discount applies only to for-credit classes. Community Education and other non-credit courses are not eligible for the senior discount.
