Any individual in the College community, including applicants, employees, students, and guests, who believe they are experiencing discrimination, harassment, or retaliation may use the link below to report this matter to the College.

Yavapai College is committed to fostering, cultivating, and sustaining a culture of diversity and inclusion. A diverse and inclusive community is essential to academic programs, workforce development and other services the College provides to the community.

Grievance Procedures for complaint of discrimination, harassment or retaliation will follow the standards and process as described in the applicable college policies.

Confidentiality

Efforts are made to protect the privacy of all individuals throughout all phases of the complaint process and investigation, but complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed once a complaint is filed, or unlawful behavior comes to the College’s attention.
