We offer various testing services for students, prospective students, and community members for academic and industry-based needs on the Prescott and Verde Valley campuses.

For Tuesday, January 6th - May 9th, 2025:

  • Mon - Thurs: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
  • Fri: 9:30am - 4:00 pm (online only; no in-person services)
  • In-person Friday, January 10th and 17th, 9:30 am - 4 pm

*additional remote testing hours may be available for Accuplacer

For Finals Week only - May 12 - 16, 2025:

Please make your appointment to test for a YC class by logging into your portal. Click on MY COURSES , choose either Prescott or Verde Testing (where you want to take the exam) and follow directions.

Scheduling YC Academic Exams

Students that need to schedule an exam or quiz for a YC class can do so by logging into their YC Portal and clicking on one of the testing links under MY COURSES.

Please note: If your instructor has not submitted the testing information to our office, you will NOT be able to schedule a testing appointment. Contact your instructor if you do not see your exam listed.
