We offer various testing services for students, prospective students, and community members for academic and industry-based needs on the Prescott and Verde Valley campuses.

  • Mon - Thurs: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Fridays REMOTE ONLY 9:30 am - 4:00 pm 

For Finals Week only - Dec 8 - 12, 2025:

  • Mon - Tues: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Wed - Thurs: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

*additional remote testing hours may be available for Accuplacer

  • November 11 for Veterans Day

Scheduling YC Academic Exams

Students that need to schedule an exam or quiz for a YC class can do so by logging into their YC Portal and clicking on one of the testing links under MY COURSES.

Please note: If your instructor has not submitted the testing information to our office, you will NOT be able to schedule a testing appointment. Contact your instructor if you do not see your exam listed.
