Family Treatment Court is a voluntary specialty court program designed to provide parents with the tools they need to become sober, responsible caregivers. The goal of Family Treatment Court is to lead parents into a substance free lifestyle and ultimately reunify their families. Participants in Family Treatment Court are provided with substance use disorder treatment services and their progress is reviewed by the court in regular hearings.
