Meeting and Conference Facilities
Yavapai College offers meeting rooms of any size to accommodate your group. Our meeting rooms/classrooms are air-conditioned with state of the art technology.

Food Service and Catering:
Working with Sodexo Food Services, we can provide all your meals at a very low cost. Please fill out the Price and Availability Request form and we will respond to you within the next business day.
Special catering is also available for your end-of-conference banquet or other events.
Accommodations – Residence Halls
Yavapai College can accommodate 270 guests in Marapai or Supai Hall.
- Marapai offers single or double rooms with a private bathroom.
- Supai offers suite-style accommodations for four people with a shared bath between two rooms.
Both residence halls are air-conditioned, and have a common space with flat-screen TV’s, pool tables, and vending machines. Wi-Fi is available – bring your laptop.
Campus Safety & Emergencies
Yavapai College Campus Police has officers on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emergency phones are located in prominent places all over campus.
