Download and complete the Faculty Performance Review Form

Work with your Dean to review goals for the year for the period between September 15th and April 30th (due date).


Start of Cycle

Clarify performance expectations and set goals, as related to job description and relevant to the College’s Strategic Initiatives, Strategic Priorities, and applicable departmental plans.


Start of Cycle

Measure performance and discuss feedback at year end. Performance Tracker Form updated end of cycle, overall rating designated, discussed and signed, by April 30 and returned to Human Resources by May 30.
